NORTHWEST CHARGERS SPRING – SUMMER MIDGET ELITE PROGRAM
MIDGET ELITE SHOWCASE
This spring, the Northwest Charger Midget Coaching staff will be hosting a Midget Elite Showcase for both Minor (96 & 97) & Major (94 & 95) age Midget players who plan to play Midgets next season. Players will be placed on one of four teams, which will play each other on Sunday evenings at West Meadows Ice Arena. Each player will receive 7 games throughout the spring season. Game times and dates will be Sunday’s 6:40 & 8:00PM April 15, 22 & 29, May 13 & 20, June 3 & 10. Each player will receive a Showcase jersey. To register for this program, go to nwchargers.org. Registration will begin February 1st. All players must be approved by the Charger Midget Coaching Staff. The cost for this program will be $165 for skaters & $80 for goalies.
SUMMER SKATES – July 9 – August 18
This will be a once a week ice slot for each age group. The first half of the ice slot will be used for drills, during the second half of the slot, the players will be divided into 2 teams for a controlled scrimmage. All sessions will be 1 ½ hours in length. All sessions will be run by the Charger Coaching Staff. We ask that all players bring a white & dark jersey. This year, all sessions will be held during the weekdays except for the last skate in which all teams will be skate on Saturday August 18 at West Meadows Ice Arena.
Cost will be $15 for skaters & $10 for goalies.
Mite, Squirt & Pee Wee will skate at West Meadows and the Sports Complex
Bantam & Midgets will skate at Hoffman Estates
Mite – Pee Wee will have 6 skates
Bantam & Midget will have 7 skates
