For the third year in a row, the NW Chargers are proud to roll out the Big Brother/Sister Program.

The Big Brother/Sister Program pair’s together Midget and Mite players as a way for the older players to give back, while providing the younger players a mentor for the season.  Through this program, both big and little brothers/sisters show support throughout the season by attending each other’s games, come out to practices, and have combined team parties.  Big Brothers act as a resource for the younger players, are someone for the players to look up to, and can develop bonds that last beyond the season.  Some players that were a part of the inaugural year of the program are still in contact with their little brother!  This year we have the following teams paired together:  Midget Major/Mite 1, Midget Minor/Mite 2 and Midget NIHL/Mite 3.  We have had great success with this program in the past and look forward to another successful season with the “Bigs” and “Littles
