Mission Statement
The Northwest Chargers Hockey organization strives to be
the preferred Tier II Illinois Hockey program, creating
and sustaining an environment where participants exhibit
pride and a desire to remain. The Chargers will be
successful by aligning solid leadership principles with
positive coaching, strong member relationships and
fiscal responsibility. The Chargers will cultivate
mutually supportive relationships, connecting parents,
players, coaches and administrators while providing the
opportunity for hockey players to develop life skills
that will serve them well beyond the ice rink.
